Radio Group ------Your Board of Directors------ The following panel of TA members are to be known as the TA Board of Directors. This panel of members have been put into place to govern the Trans America Radio Group. This panel will be in charge of all your major decisions, policies and procedures for your radio group! This panel will serve a term of no less than two years and no more than three years before being voted back to office for another three year term. Those wishing not to serve another term will be replaced by a member of the panels decision.

This position is presently held by Myron TA 3861. This position is an appointed position by the Board Of Directors and will hold a term the same as the Board Members, and for the same time period as the Board Members. The holder of this position works directly with the board and only the board. This person is responsible for the following duties: 1) If the Board wishes to make policy and procedure changes or directives to the group the person holding this position is responsible for getting this material to the rest of the group. 2) Keeper of the Radio Groups membership records and documents and dispersal of this material to the State Controllers and general membership. 3) This person is directly responsible for setting up State Controllers, Net Controllers and Net Control Operations. These people help the Director of Membership with memberships and dispersal of new membership numbers and any other material that needs to be sent out to the general membership.
